1 in 5 develop a mental illness in the perinatal period.
Our peer support programme provides safe and inclusive spaces to meet, connect and build supportive networks with other families in the community. Our peer support groups offer practical and emotional support from trained volunteer peer supporters with lived experience of isolation or perinatal mental health.
We provide free peer support groups for pregnant families and families with babies and children up to 2 years old.

This is a free informal relaxed group, you will be made very welcome. We understand that it can be difficult to attend groups, please let us know if you need any support to join the group.
We have a resource library available if you would like to borrow any of our books on parenting and wellbeing.
Baby Club @ West Barns Playgroup
Free weekly group for babies under 12 months.
Join us for a cuppa and a cake and meet other parents.
Monthly Weigh In Clinic.
Our perinatal and Infant feeding support worker will be available for any support.
