Breastfeeding Support Groups in Dunbar

Our Breastfeeding Support groups are free drop in groups facilitated by the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers (ABM) trained volunteers

  • Free social and support groups run be trained peer supporters.

  • Antenatal and breastfeeding information workshops

  • For pregnant and breastfeeding families, all feeding methods welcome.

  • Come and join other breastfeeding families for a cuppa and a chat in a non-judgmental environment.

  • Volunteering opportunities for local families to train as a Breastfeeding Peer Supporter

National Support and resources

  • The National Breastfeeding Helpline 0300 100 0212, open from 9:30am-9:30pm everyday of the year. They have a callback service where you can leave a message and online webchat/social media support. Support is also available in Welsh, Polish, Bengali & Sylheti and for people who have hearing or speech impairments. @NBHelpline
